This is my favorite work of yours, damned filthyness in the extreme.
I need to come learn some sh1t with you - things like how you get the lead in the main chorus so gritty and bassey with a 'squeezed' through a blender movement on certain notes.
You keep the focus and motifs going much better than I do.
Incredible bass. I like how the bass is so subby nand almost drowns out the kick but it works great.
The background rising sound - did you put it through any fx or dynamics?
Nothing to change, it's a dirty nasty whore and I want her now
:wtf: |

Heya Rich,
Glad you like it.
Just watching the usual tumbleweeds rolling in for my productions in terms of comments. Probably my punishment for my scathing onslaught of opinions on other peoples work lol. Either that or they are all too frightened.
There is the other option of course where we may have invented a new niche genre consisting of two producers and two fans.
I think I might rename my self Anjuna Fluffy McBuuren.
Cheers

Yes... It's the intimidating superiority of your work which causes your thread to drop like a rock to the bottom of the forum. I'd been wanting to comment, myself, but thought even a compliment from me might be a bit beyond my pay-grade; considering my own mediocrity. At least, that's what I tell myself when I'm crying myself to sleep at night over the failure of my own blood, sweat, and tears.
Fortunately, you needn't bother with a self-soothing narrative suited to your aggrandizing mythology. I think you did a good job. It is a little esoteric and not your usual sort of work. If the thread is lost, it's because you pecked outside your pigeon hole.
But at least you did a good job with it. |

:haha:
That's what I love about you. Someone who knows how to write and wit so dry that it would make the Sahara seem like a lush rain forest.
Either that, or you actually are insulting me, in which case I will get my dad onto you!
Thanks for listening though.

I wasn't being snide with my compliments. I actually did enjoy the mix and it gave me some perspective with what I was working on. |

Don't worry, didn't take it that way. You genuinely made me laugh out loud (in a good way) and gave me pause for thought.
:)
Cheers
