LOL... doesn't sound like Ali was too happy with how he was treated by the staff at Gryphon last night.
"Had an amazing time at Gryphon! Too bad 'head of security' ruined it by rudely kicking me out. Manners? Will never play here again..."

We actually changed up staff from the 1 time that you were in there this year Pat. Things had been running smoothly. No idea what happened on Saturday. I was out of town |

So I got the other side of the story that is involved in this drama. So we have Dubfire's side that he was kicked out.
Here is Gryphon's side. It was 6am there were 10 people in the club, the house lights came on and security told him to cut the music.
I also have friends that were the last ones in the venue that night, they said it was dying out at 5. Then 6am came and the house lights came on because there wasn't anybody left in the club. |

So I got the 3rd side of the story now, from the promoter. I guess Dubfire finished around 5:15. Apollo was closing, he was told when the lights come on cut the music. 6am the lights came on he shut the music off. Packed up his gear, Dubfire's people had his geared packed. Dubfire was rapping it to some girl when my buddy left around 6:30 after he got a pic with him. He said everyone was cool but they wanted to get everyone out of the club so they could close the doors. So Dubfire getting kicked out of the club didn't happen until after 6:30 when everyone was gone and the music was off. |

I heard mixed reviews about the night. I heard Luca did a real good job! Dubfire was meh from the overall consensus. |
