Nick Warren’s “In Search of Silver” on Bedrock is so good.

Check it out on Beatport.

Looking forward to this event. I know what to expect from Seaman and Warren, I'm just hoping for a pleasant experience with the club itself.

How was the music?

Yeah, lets hear some thoughts. I'm a huge fan of Dave Seaman's early mixes (older Renaissance/GU compilations), but I've never seen him live. I hear these days he spins a lot more techno?

Hey sleepy&boo you appear to be affiliated with D36 so I thought I would ask you. Whats going on with the staff/people involved with the new spot? My girlfriend called the other day to ask about the Dirty Bird showcase on Dec. 17th and some woman on the phone laughed at her for asking about tix/guest list, and said she knew nothing about it. This is until she asked someone else in the room about the event. Then she rudely told my girlfriend that she better come early because it's first come first serve. I also emailed the rsvp@district36 about guest list and have heard nothing back.

I have also been hearing a lot of bad stuff going around that the door staff is extremely rude, and you have not been treating yoru customers well. (this I can not validate, just hearsay)

I mean D36 is bringing in great acts but not exactly the "bottles and models crowd" who are used to this type of nonsense at their F*** Me I'm Famous Parties. Most people who are into the tech-house acts that you have booked won't put up with these velvet-rope antics. But hey, I could be wrong.

I just hope things are different than what I am thinking. I'm excited about a new and different spot in the city but c'mon.... what goin on......???

We havent responded to the RSVPs for next Friday's party but will be shortly.

As for the phone, I'm sorry about that, I don't know who was in the office that day.

Regarding the door and "velvet rope antics" that has all been ironed since the opening night - they let go of a lot of the door staff and security after that and since then everything has been very smooth.

There are no tickets, so guest list is the way to go. Don't worry - you'll be on our list and there will be a special line for that.

Cool? hope this helps.
