Anyone else into this stuff? Buzzing basslines and stupid twinkly melodies simply get me every time. Sadly this stuff isn't made anymore.

Just go through the Electronic Elements label from 2005 and backwards

Really like what Markus Schulz did with these two mixes:
Coldharbour Sessions 2004
Miami 05

I love that track so much. I swear to god I have that track somewhere on my harddrive. I'll guess I go look for it.

If I don't have it anymore that would majorly suck
That track was only released on Universal Religion 2004 and getting that is a major pain in the ass.

And indeed, Coldharbour Sessions 2004 is amazing.

Go seek the stuff what people call progressive house these days and you shall find coldharbour type trance and loads of it and almost no progressive house.

For example? When I hear "Progressive House" these days I either hear bigroom Techprog or Anjunadeeep Style Proghouse.

Mistiquemusic etc. I don't know as I personally don't care for it much, but it seems like >half of what's being recommended as prog. house these days is actually Schulz-trance.

I went trough the last 15 or so pages on Mistique and judging from the samples I couldn't really find anything that sounds like Coldharbour Trance. I think most of it sounds like more modern and melodic early 2000s Progressive House.

Big part of what makes Coldharbour Trance is the big, buzzing continuous bassline and most of the Mistique Tracks have that typical early 2000s Prog bassline.
