to show my age, when I was watching it there were
chicago bulls, orlando magic, miami heat, charlotte hornets, utah jazz, seattle supersonics and I remember one year the introduction of vancouver & toronto.

Don't forget the Spurs. Oklahoma is up there with the Bulls as THE up and coming teams.
