Turkey Talk

I'm cooking this year and I'm doing my planning now. A few things on my mind.

1. Frozen vs Fresh: I've read there isn't any significant difference in taste, but the frozen is $.49 lbs vs $1- 1.50 lbs fresh.

2. Gravy: I love homemade gravy but never done it. Anyone ever make it? Pro tips? I also sometimes get deboned Trader Joes turkey breast. It cooks quick but will it make enough drippings for gravy.

Lira last night I had a dream with you in it. There was a Priceline last minute deal on a flight to Brazil. I got down there and stayed at your family's house. But you guys wouldn't let me leave the house because you insisted it wasn't safe to go out.

Hah, my family actually lives in an apartment (and so do I, but a couple of kilometres away). It'd funny because my siblings and my father speak American English (unlike me), and my mother doesn't speak English at all, it'd be too much to guess I imagine :p

And we use the real (pronounced heh-ow).

Step 1: purchase a turkey fryer

Step 2: purchase a turkey

Step 3: jam some granny smith apples up its ass

Step 4: fry the bird in peanut oil

Step 5: remove when finished, and enjoy the best tasting turkey you've ever had in your life.

^- how do you make gravy from that method?

Oi, we were protecting you! Who knows what could've happened if you left the house and a wave of muggers got you? Ungrateful gringo
