122mm rocket rounds... BM-21 is the most common launcher variant in the world, Soviet designed system. The North Koreans employ three 122mm MLR platforms.
Crazy. The fact that it was rocket artillery like this makes it much more of a "terroristic" attack as these systems are not accurate at all really, more meant to saturate an area with high explosives. |
