Literally anything in the "Chillout" genre could be this type of sound.
In particular, the Cafe Del Mar series is a great place to start. They usually come with 2 discs, one "Chill" (a more laid back, relaxing electronica) and one "Party" (a more upbeat, lively chillout style).
Ninja Edit: Also, the Buddah Bar series might be along the same lines as what you're looking for.
