Hahaha yeah, it's my first time on real radio. I'm actually going to the station tonight to record the show.
I thought I had made a thread here in the DJ booth and I was gonna bump it, but I couldn't find it. :( So I made another. lol
And yes, I made one in West Coast, Production Forum, Dj Booth. Each forum has their own users and most don't check out each other out. Only a few do.

Thanks guys! Last night was en awesome! Seriously, the rush was unbeliveable. It's always been a dream of mine to play EDM on Super Estrella 107.1 FM for many years now. I always thought that station would be the perfect venue for an underground show in LA to reach the latino community. And now, years later, the station started a show and gave me the opportunity to guest DJ on it. Dream come true! Hahahaha I know, I'm corny! hahaha
Anyways, after the show was over, a friend gave me a grand tour of the station and I got to see how big the studios were. They have around 20 studios, and about 7 of them were broadcasting live at any given time. Other studios were small production and news studios.
One of my highlights was when I stepped into the INDIE 103.1 Studios. Man, I felt like I was walking into a piece of history. Indie 103.1 was a historic station here in LA. That's where many indie artists got their start. Crystal Method had a show there. Unfortunately the station is no longer on air, but they kept an online stream that they still broadcast from those studios. But it's still not the same. It used to be dope back in the days.
I'll post more pictures later and I'll post the mix when I get it back.

There are rules around here which I enforce where I see fit (not that i'm trying to come across as a prick)..
If someone who has contributed to this forum as much as Woody has (especially in the Dj Booth) wants to share a very special moment in his dj career with the boys in the booth then I'm going to let him. You've been around here for as many years as we have so I don't know why you care if the rules are bent slightly. TA's never been a place with extremely strict rules which is something I think it's members enjoy.
If another thread were to pop up with just a generic plug I'd move it. This to me is a little more special so I'm leaving it here.
But... I'll take on your suggestion and copy the thread into the dj promotion sub forum as well.
