It's cool, you've got a girlfriend. If you were single, I'd encourage you to streak and tattoo your phone number on your back: at least one of those fit nutters would give you a call, and I'm sure they must be wicked in bed.
And by wicked, I don't mean the slang :disbelief

It was way too cold and rainy for that. I probably would've had an innie.

People do realize that it's all the attention that they get that keeps them driving? They just need to stop being in the media and talked about

While I agree that it makes them more well-known, I'm pretty certain it only causes people to band together more on what I'll call the "good" side rather than the Westboro side. And, while I think it does tend to make some ignorant people think that all "Christians" or "baptists" are crazy bigots, I also think it tends to bring some of the issues with organized religion out into the open... which, honestly, I support. (Not that it's a big secret that religion is a big troublemaker in our society.)

Seeing them yell horrible things to people who are mourning their dead son almost makes me want to cry. like that shouldn't be allowed. People are incredibly emotionally vulnerable when they are dealing with a death. That's an enormous amount of stress and no one should be allowed to stand there and be verbally abusive to them. Why isn't there a law to prevent people from doing like that?
Also, I am amazed that their homes haven't been burned down.

The U.S. Supreme Court is currently considering a case about them. You can read about it here:
Personally, though, I'm in favor of letting them proceed with their activities. In fact, while they were in town I dropped by their little side show to personally thank them for their good work promoting atheism.

Likely the true outcome of their activities.
How did they react?

Predictably. "God hates you," "you're going to hell," et cetera...
