I do understand that shuffling has become a huge "phase" and everyone is doing it, but this is what happens when things go mainstream. Im not very good at it, but do enjoy watching others put it down.
Being introduce to the edm scene over 10 yrs ago, I recall that people were never critizied for how they danced or even for their appearance. I was so happy to find a community where no one cared about "this or that" and simply it was all about enjoying yourself.
Isnt that the whole point of dancing to music? Self expression through music, right? As long as people dont harm others while dancing, then I say get your shuffle, jumpstyle, hardstyle, nordi track, or whatever else you do on the floor!
Considering Im a trance head, at 140 bpm, simply jumping up and down while pump a fist doesnt do it for me...lol. Eff it, Im 31 and still candy walking, so what! It feels right and it makes me feel good!
Live and let live people... It's not like this is a dance show with a 3 judge panel judging for style and form!
I know everyone has a right to their own opinion, but this has been part of the scene from the beginning... free will and no judgement.

So I am still confused as to why this event can run til 1 am being ALL AGES at the LA Convention Center, when all other events must be 18+ 2AM in LA. Any promoters know why?? Henry? LOL
