The question is has anyone synthesized their own? Any tips?
I get the tonne of long decay reverb, but past that I'm not sure if you alter the pitch of the synth or wat.
Tips.
I don't want to sample if I can make and learn.

im pretty sure these are sampled but what the hell. are you using ultrabeat?

I know they are samples used in BBE, but I want to learn how to make my own.
I'm not using ultrabeat. I have some basic synths and that's it.
Is their modulation on the pitch, layered with a sub osc or bassdrum? Tonnes of verb? I would like to learn if possible.

those drums are clearly from the roland X0X drum machines. I don't even think there were sample libraries at this point for EDM producers. The orchestra stab sounds like something from a roland rompler.

most of those drum machines used pitched sine oscillators in combination with white noise and filtering.

its hopeless without a drumsynthesizer! i managed to make a kick similar to the 909 and 808 by using Reason Subtractor but thats about it. Hihats, claps, bongas: u need a better drumsynth, like ultrabeat.

I Don't believe you. I made this bassdrum with the 3xOsc.
