Ha, he sounded a lot more Northern back then. It's weird to think that a nowhere town like Mansfield was the location of as big a club as Renaissance back then. That just wouldn't happen anymore. Those were the days when he was playing parochial little towns like Stoke, Stockport and Mansfield. A far cry from his modern gigs.
And he never did anything remotely like his proposed PA-DJ fusion, to my knowledge. |
