Established in 2005 by label boss Claude VonStroke, the dirtybird logo derived from a sketch cartoon character Claude has been drawing since he was 10 years old. The idea for the label began in 2002 during the production of “Intellect,” one of the most intensive studies on DJs and producers of house and techno music ever filmed. To follow came numerous hugely successful label partys in San Francisco. Since then, both the label and the dirtybird party have enjoyed massive success worldwide. Classic records released by dirtybird include “Deep Throat,” “Stoopit,” “Who’s Afraid of Detroit?,” and “The Whistler.”
Following up on his tent-shaking Electric Zoo performance this past summer, Claude returns to New York along with label mates Christian Martin, Tanner Ross, and special guest District 36 resident Fahad!
Table reservations are first come first serve.
We will be operating at a reduced capacity.

Claude VonStroke / Christian Martin / Tanner Ross invade NYC
San Fran’s Dirtybird crew takes Manhattan, with label head Claude VonStroke headlining the decks for a long overdue NYC club date! The leading lights of San Francisco’s underground bring their bass-heavy, tweaked out grooves to the thundering sound system at New York’s brand-new District 36 for this special label showcase from the Dirtybird Records camp. Joining CVS on the decks is SF’s Christian Martin (one half of the Martin brothers), and Voodeux’s Tanner Ross, with Blkmarket Membership’s Fahad opening up.

Can't wait to see him back in NYC...this reminds me of when we had him and the Dirtybird crew on the roof of the Beach Plaza Hotel in Miami.
The owner was saying to us, "My god, my hotel roof is going to collapse!" Every time the bass kicked in everyone up there was jumping up and down like animals. It was wild...the whole roof was bouncing like a trampoline. |

I can hear "Chimps" in my head while imagining this, lol.
I remember when they were doing a residency @ APT some years ago, Christian would frantically look for a place to afterparty with some decks, but with no luck :( The brothers are a lot of fun with a LOT of energy. When is Justin coming back, B? |
