Any other artists like him (that are not alias of his)?

I still haven't heard a truly bad record from this guy yet. He's one of the few remaining synthesizer wizards that is more than happy to stand on the sidelines of the "scene" and just do his own thing. His purposely outdated and awful-looking website is a good example of this: http://www.legowelt.com/
The best way to find more stuff sounding like Legowelt is to tune in to Intergalactic FM regularly. You'll hear loads of stuff from the guys at Clone and Bunker, plus all the oldies they were inspired by. Also, if you want the more soundtrack-sounding stuff, check out Strange Life, Legowelt's tremendous label for the more ambient and atmospheric stuff.

Thanks Jan. He is my idol... I wanna just make random ass records like him, well not random, but just... I don't know. He is amazing.
I also have the urge to seriously like write a screenplay or a short novel to some of his albums, especially Florenza Mavelli's Special Brigade and its description... :wtf: That would be an awesome ing movie.

Yeah, I love his music, too. :)

I'm sure many of us remember an old thread titled as 'remixes that sound nothing like the original'... here's something that totally melted my brain.

He truly is. If you like that type of sound you should check out Jesse Somfay.
