I just released a new version of my dream journal - Liquid Dream III (for free). It is designed to trigger your conscious awareness in the dreamstate.
You can set up extended playlists throughout the night and if you get the timing right you can listen to your favorite tracks in your dreams – it is quite something to hear and see and feel your favorite vocals all at once. I have also been developing a line of REM detection devices, and all the evidence points to dreaming starting around 4-5 hours after you fall asleep - so that is when you want to queue up a song or two.
I would appreciate any feedback and would like to know if you are able to use it to interact with your dreams or attain lucidity. I would prefer to receive bug reports through the Help -> Support menu in the app. |
