| The mix is really bad, you're right, but the track is also lacking a groove, it's just kind of there. Nothing really happens and that riff gets really annoying after a while, you need to break the repetition a bit, repetition is good but there's a line. The little riff that starts at 2:46 is completely out of place and out of key. |

| The concept is good, nice vocal sample. I would say, just keep listening to some deep house to A/B, and keep at it. And he's right about that melody you put in at the end, doesn't fit. I think with a little work this could be pretty cool. Try some automation with the filters to add movement, and possibly re-work the bassline or add some variation. Deep house is supposed to "hit" and "groove", so focus on those things. |
