have you tried apache air assault yet? good reviews. been toying with the idea.

Have you ever watched real gun cam video from an apache... would never happen like that in real life. Apaches would get blown the out of the sky with even medium 23mm AAA fire.
They are stalkers, hunters, hiding behind tree lines, popping up and firing Hellfires (or better yet, hiding behind a hill and using a Hellfire in LOAL to seek a laser designator target from another helicopter or grunts on the ground).

again, i dont give a about your opinions re gaming. some of us have real jobs and real lives and don't have the time to be spending hundreds of hours just learning to take off.

Dont have the time to get into serious sims anymore, life snuck up on me and it demands attention :( Sold every add on for gaming anyway, flightsticks and accsories, wheel and pedals, just dont have the time to get into serious sims anymore (even abandoned my empires in X3 and Transport Tycoon)

yeah, it gets there. i was never a huge flight sim fan, except space sims (duh!) but the apache game has coop which is what im into these days. also seems like its significantly less complex than the titles of old.

I actually preferred racing sims and it used to be that i found putting hours and hours of practice to perfect the setup and shave one one hundreds of a second off my lap times a good way to spend my weekdays and weekend but now i just prefer to get drunk and get laid...
...is what i want to say but since i decided i might as well finish school its been more like all study and no fun :(

yeah, back when i was at uni i spent hours perfecting a qual/race setup for each track in the championship, and have loads of fun doing it. but in f1 2010, i'll fiddle for 5 minutes and then go racing.
