Hey ppl:
How we all doing?,i thought i would share with you 1 of my Best compilation's,before i round the year off with my Last Mix of the year it's gonna be big!
This Mix was done purely and at Random just going through my collection and got carried away!lol
Can't remember the full tracklisting so if you can ID any of the tracks i have missed feel free.

Just downloaded it. Quite eclectic tbh. Some tracks I have never heard of. Mixing is pretty good but it don't really have a direction. It's more a collection of songs linked together with lots of gusto and squelchs/noises etc than a flowing "classic" trance mix. (Where are the classics anyway???):(

Fair Comment mate,like i said i do believe that some of these tunes r awesome like Armin (sail) massive uplifting tune been collecting Trance since i was 18yrs old,im now 32,and moved on to the modern Stuff!
I did have over 1000 Trance tunes on Vinyl then sold them along with my decks!
I now have Pioneer Cdj's 800m mk2's and its so much easier than rooting through your Record box for tunes to put on.lol
Try listen to some of my other mixes you might enjoy them!;o):stongue: |

Sure thing I will have a listen to em. I was mainly an old school Dj myself up until a few years ago when I found my love for trance (the orchestral/epic/uplifting stuff) so when I see a title "Trance Classics" I am gonna look cos I am not that clued with the names of tracks etc.
After listening to your mix its clear that in the main, this mix is classic to you as I have heard some of the tracks but maybe your thread description is a bit unclear as personal classics to one person are not to another, whereas the "true" trance classics could be named by many.
Here's a mix I did a few days ago. Its quite fluffy (LOL) compared to urs but you can see the total difference in this genre from our contrasting styles :p

Cheers again mate,and iv already had a listen mate very uplifting,like to hear a few more of tunes with Vocals mate cause i beleive thats what make a Trance mix,u see me ilkie to mix things up a bit like to throw in some Electro now and again as does Tiesto if youm have noticed!

Its kinda like xmas day every day for me gettin into uplifting trance so late in my years LOL I was a house/old school dj for 20 years plus up until this year when all the work dried up, so everytime I log on or search for one track i seem to find a dozen more i like LOL
Off the top of my head erm....

anyway,as far as classics go...these are the classics for me...
because some tracks listed here are post 2000,so i don consider those as classics^^just my oppinion though...

binary finary - 1998 (again the paul van dyk remix)
union jack - 2 full moons and a trout
jam & spoon - stella
nalin & kane - beachball (original version with no vocals or beach sounds...)
salt tank - eugina
ayla - ayla
well i could keep going on but this is just my 2cents...

i must say,you sir have a taste for rhytm :)
the first 2 mixes where crap(sry^^)
but number 3.4.5.6.7.8 were mixed so good!like a pro man :)
ow yeah btw,number 7 is dj joop - the future...how can you not hear that...
i mean,i knew i heard that sample before(whas thinking about marcel woods first...)but then it came and wow boy,how it whas mixed!sublime!
for everyone else out there number 4 is paul van dyk feat austin leeds feat starkillers and ashley tomberlin - new york city(super8 & tab remix?must be because the original is more of a chill song and spins at 128 bpm...)
and simon patterson - f16...

Maybe ppl r right i shouldnt have posted this as a Classic,but these r huge Tunes for me.
