Time to wrap up 2010 and good timing by Victor Calderone with his latest set release. I remeber warming up to Nu love last year with his 3rd installment of this Podcast series. | David Morales tickets are sold out, and so are D-Formation's. I didn't think it'd sell out saturday considering friday is NYE and Sunday is Morales.. guess there's a lot of tourists in town for this weekend? |

| I'm a bit surprised D-formation sold out too. He's streaming his set live from his facebook page if anyone wants to catch it. Now I just have to find a program to record it. |

| Surprised D-Form sold out as well, guess most people saved it for the bigger nights. That Streaming from his FB page is awesome! I loved Pik Nik for that feature they had on their Website. Hope someone can snag a copy of it! |

probably the most disappointing manipulating waveforms yet from calderone...maybe more so because i've been waiting for a friggin year for it to come out and was expecting a lot more!!

i agree and kinda disagree
yea this one is more on a tech house level, but his new track harvest time (comes in at like 31 min) and the track after are straight up bombsssssss, and his podcasts were never really on a full techno level either but yea i wished it had a few more bombs...
i will be seeing him tomarrow for 12 hours so i will keep you posted :happy2: |

I agree and disagee with ya. Its not the Calderone I grew to love either, its a lot different than his previous installments. The best imo was the 3rd one from last Decemeber. Nice & twisted, dark n Underground. I've been an avid fan for a longtime, this was my introduction track to VC off his Resonate mix album, old track and still delicious. Wild Pitch, I think I love you.
He has taking on a very different style to what he used to play from about a year and half ago. This one was a little too repeative, however Fueled some difficult circuits and enjoyed it. |

you know what - i gave it a second listen and i gave it a lower rating than i should've...it has some decent chunky tech house, ya AY Star - 31min and next track is definitely bizikity bonkers :crazy:
i think the fact that i miss the old calderone sound, and that i was expecting something "fresher" from him was what made me dislike it so much the first time i listened to it...
glad to hear he's ripping it up at his marathon set today!! |

....lmaooo iam here now...his first 2 hours were technooooo bombd, after that was pure sex....ok now since 6pm he been dropin pure 05 style drumsssss....
