I wonder if there's any chance we'll ever see Mr. Sydenham at a Black Out event....
Been wanting to see him live for at least 3-4 years now.

I'm really glad Black Out is getting new fans, we stayed true to the original vision of the night, promote forward thinking sounds, and now the word is out.

There's a lot of great deep techno DJs/producers out there, and only 12 months in 1 year. I don't even have enough nights to invite all my favorite artists.
Right now Black Out is getting a lot of attention from agencies trying to bring those artists here. So Sydenham would be a possibility, but we also have other awesome options as well.
Then again, although Black Out has been on a good booking stretch, I don't want this night to become all about international artists. I want to stay focus on the idea of the night, rather than getting lost in a booking frenzy.

Fair enough. Was just wishful thinking on my part TBH. Black Out is definitely one of the best nights in the city in terms of Afterhours.

Very proud today as my friend Erphun is about to release a remix of Jóhann Jóhannsson - The Sun's Gone Dim.
The remix is called Black Out, in honor to our night.
Makes me all warm inside that international guests, now friends, connect so much with the night. Just proves me once again, that we are doing something special.
