DT LOFT: bunkers!!!!!
super cool space, minimalistically decorated with his memorabilia from different era's, `vinyl' sound system :eyespop:, lots of bathrooms, and spaciousness wise as generally as it goes for lofts with perfectly sized guest list to have everybody in comfort. We got there sometime around 1am and as we were admitted first person I stumble upon at the coat check was SilverBull, who confirms every time how nice of person he is in person. I'm very happy to party with him around to say the least.
And after greet & meet with SB, the Danny NYD Wonderland begun.:rolleyes:
Every little bit of space was so delicately beautiful, carefully decorated and arranged in general and for the event itself. It took no time whatsoever to feel at comfort there and at peace. The vibe of the space merged with the vibe of the people & vibe of the music as fast.
Oh that music!!! Oh that Danny!! Oh my...
The music: Danny brought it!!! Brought it back to that VINYL sound, that sound you wish to live in, bath in, make love to, dance to, groove to, feel alive to & finally to never-ever stop. There was rhythm to the set noticeable from the moment we got there and SB told us Danny has just got going on the decks. Maestro was bring up the set slowly, patiently, yet excitingly & with much passion felt all throughout the event. :thepirate The beats were raw and dirty hours on end relentlessly pounded with sexy twists & vocals. He went on to take a break around sunrise as we were winding into the hours but the `virgin' DJ that took his place blew the lit of the paint & sparks of deep, dark beats started dropping of those white canvas speakers!!! Son was on fire!!! :disbelief
Following a morning breakfast and coffee continental service, the Maestro beats came back with the vigorousness, after of course a soul train line has passed the dance floor (dope flooring) & some record instant recycling, of course, cuz it's "Danny's House"! :happy2: (sowwy AY, there was no ass)
On personal note: I was in magical wonderland of Danny's sound all throughout the night/day. I'm now charged up to step up a notch and land a south bound Maestro's performance's, hopefully in the spring. I need some Danny Tech, soon. :eek: :whip:
Anyhow, the open bar was a big key to the wonderful new lounge space where the old DJ set up was now a bar with wonderful & generous staff & service. There was no shortages when the time was right & the time was right always for everyone there. There were all happy faces around and beautiful souls chilling to the beats & how wonderful that translated.:gsmile: All guests were having fun all night in just perfect environment where everything was going right all night. There was simply nothing more to be asked for then more energy that was not kicking into second gear at least for us and many of those that landed to "Danny's House" after long week of work & snow. ;)
We actually left same time SB was leaving, in early noon hours.
I was beat from dancing :crazy: & disoriented from all the beats.:crazy: :crazy: Danny though was in gear. ;) ;)
My friend and I are just grateful we went, got invited & for "Danny's House" hospitality, his wonderful staff, Ariel Lighting, and pretty much everybody who put the effort into making 2011 welcoming all about just being yourself!!!:p

classics was def fun and i liked how it was just very intimate and he didnt bang it out too hard...the crowd was perfect and open to his old school classics...but i agree some nice danny tech house is always a good thing, according to his website it just says march 5th dt bday blowout...if he means in nyc iam def gonna be there and hope to see you out :)

Andrew, so apparently I might of been wrong because there was ASS that NYE. LaMont ass to be precise. From the rumor that I read on NC, it was LaMont who passed one in the coat room, as Mark was running out of there and my friend and I were turning back the corridor away from that smell. Funny how timely that has happened and especially if the rumor is true. All we were then trying is to go to the coat room to get sig's and gum from our jackets. :wtf: we had to cut that plan and go have a smoke to forget what happened.
