That is quite awesome indeed. MOAR!

@Aquila - That's some Japanese island that was deserted after something happened. I remember watching a doco on it.

This was definitely intriguing to watch. Me and a few of my friends always wanted to go exploring all the sealed off sections underneath the city where I used to live, which was a large underground area. We knew it was there but no one knew how to gain access.

I think it was some sort of a mining insland and after the mine closed down everybody left. That would be such an awesome purchase if you were a billionare. Such an awesome place to put a secret underground base.

After work at LaRonde in Montreal, I used to hop the fence when security wasn't around, and explored the abandoned Expo 67 grounds. It was a ghost town of pavilions, and all died and locked in time. Walking around felt like it may have been like 20+ years earlier, but sorta like after a nuclear holocaust.

I don't know how they could stand all that subway screeching. It was hard to listen to just through the video.

:wtf:

Really cool video :)

Reminds me of these guys I read about on a urban exploring forum who went to this insane asylum that was mostly closed down. Most of the buildings were abandoned and locked up so they had to break to get in, and when they got in they found a basement full of brains on glass and a fetus and some stuff. I wouldnt have believed them if they hadn't tipped off the media who did a story on it.-

Makes me want to go exploring hehe. There's supposed to be some catacombs and under Yougstorget in Oslo and there are stories of lost albino children down there lol. I somewhat doubt the authenticity of the second part tho, but I won't know until Ive been down there :P
