I spoke with John from Area Event this afternoon. He told me all I have to do is mail him the unused ticket that my friend has.. because she was so distraught and claustrophobic from the cluster she went home... and they will refund the face value.
he also offered 2 comps to any event.
if the girl doesn't have the ticket he said we can still work something out. either way... so far so good BUT... i'll give a final report when all is said and done and the refund/comps are in my hand |
