Hey guys,
Been working with my friend Solver van Land. We have been working for a few months together. Just the usual would be nice, guys! Thanks "team".

very clean and well sounding...drums are solid, everything sits well, I like the noise fill with drums a lot. great work so far, looking forward to hear where it goes!

I'm quite a fan of yours but this one is sounding a bit derivative. That may be because not much is going on yet, but if you like it sounds like a classic template for a typicaly prog track - it doesn't grab me in terms of it having it's own personality.

It sounds solid mix wise, but I think you might look at latering the timing of the chords to give them a more individual personality.

Cheers - does that sound a bit harsh?
Evolve140
No not harsh. I think I was focusing too much on mixdown but good to know that's out of the way for the most part. Just time to get a little more creative is all :) *puff puff*

I agree with Rich.

It sounds pretty tasty so far but it needs more 'stuff'

The 'generic' part of the track is very well judged and you've nailed the reverb too, which is half the battle tbh ;)

Look forward to more!

Thanks guys, the feedback helped a lot. Me and Armando worked for a couple hours again today, trying not to go too far off into different directions, but just fattening things up and adding more souonds. Here it is:

The melody that starts at 1:00 is quite good but needs a bit more variation after a while.

The perc elements that were in the track were quite nice. The "less is more"-approach really works out for progressive tracks in general. What is missing are some high click sounds which are very random patterned and panned far left/ right!

Sounds promissing!
