I dont think Tractile or Tony Rohr have played Mutek.
I've seen Monolake twice at Mutek, but more for his art-installation type things, his Atom installation which was amazing, and Layering the Buddha which I also really enjoyed. I haven't seen him for a more dance-oriented set. He played in TO a year or two ago and I missed it and kinda kicking myself in the ass for it.
Last year was my first time missing Mutek in awhile - I had been the previous 3 or so years, but it just wasn't in the cards to make it last year. But, Mutek does tend to have my wish-lineups, especially in the more chin-strokey-nerd affair. I've really enjoyed the A/V series the last two years and the more sit-down type events. NSI at the theater was one of my favourites from the last year I was there.
But really, ATOM was amazing - who knew baloons could be so cool.

ATTENTION UMEK FANS: Umek is booked in Montreal for April 8th. So hopefully we will see him that Saturday or sometime close to that date.
