| Say what you will about Glaude's sets from the last five or so years, but his 2002 Essential Mix is still one of the best EMs that I've ever heard. Being from Seattle, I've had the privilege of growing up listening to his mixes and seeing him spin countless times. His 90's warehouse sets are legendary in the Pacific Northwest, and he is one of the most technically proficient, energetic and inspiring DJs that I've had the pleasure of seeing. I doubt I'll go to this, as I don't like a lot of what he has been playing recently, but there's part of me that wants to go just to give him some support from his hometown. |
