Wanting to buy a house, whats a good site?

railroad/airport areas are always much cheaper!
unless u sleep u can sleep in a club, id advise against loL! |

Tru nuff... but that's also good for outdoor parties in that big backyard... less noise complaints.
But yeah... I guess I would have a hard time selling it myself when the day comes... |

To be honest, i've lived near a Railroad track, and never had an issue.
I actually found it very soothing. The sound of the train coming by can be quite relaxing. I lived right off the Lakeshore track so I had the GO every 30 minutes. Yes, you do notice it the first week, but you honestly won't even remember theres a track there.
Take a look and see what kind of trains use that track (aka, GO, via, for transport, etc.).
If you really think it might be a problem just go there and see if you can wait for a train to come by and see how loud it actually is.
For me, I find noisy backyard neighbours 100000x times worse than railroad tracks.

| Just don't focus on one neighborhood... and try to check as many as houses you can before you know what you are looking for... |

if you are serious get an agent. they will have access to that doesnt even get posted on mls.
