One unfortunate bystander was halfway through demonstrating this one trick they learned in college involving 2 hot dogs, and was promptly startled by the proximity of such a lethal ruckus. Loughner has been issued a steep noise complaint citation, but you simply cannot blame him for the incidental tragedy; whatever happened to liberty?! |
