Does such a thing exist that I can peruse.
Basically a contract between an artist and a label beased on a one track release.
Or alternatively a resource that I can scour and read up on.
Geared towards Beatport/Digital download if that matters.

DEFINITIONS:
Here-to-for and hereafter, the two parties referred to in this document are as follows: THE LABEL, hereafter referred to as LABEL and THE ARTIST, hereafter referred to as GIMP, MOOK, CHUMP, MORON, IDIOT, VICTIM along with any other pejorative word or phrase of words which could be construed to constitute any pejorative.
AGREEMENT:
This document constitutes evidence whereupon LABEL and DIP FOOL have entered into a legally binding agreement in which BLIND, ILLITERATE WHORE agrees to terminate ownership of intellectual property in exchange for three dollars, one vial of crack, and a stray kitten recently found on the premises of LABEL's office.
Hereafter, TARD relinquishes all publishing rights and rights to associated royalties for use in any media, including but not limited to, amateur gay porn, racial identity recruitment tools, and commercials featuring Anthony Sullivan.
DISPUTES & DISSOLUTION:
Should there be any dispute between LABEL and CLOSED-HEAD INJURY POSTER CHILD, on the part of the LABEL, LOBOTOMY ZOMBIE is responsible for associated court costs and attorney's fees. Should the injury occur as the result of LABEL's use or misuse of intellectual property, formerly in the possession of GREEDY PROSTITUTE, BRAINLESS HEAD is invited, forthwith and with utmost urgency to obtain a medical procedure which would allow for KNUCKLE DRAGGING GOON to forcibly sodomize himself. |

I'm asking for another labels (or just a generic) contract.
I need to know exactly how they're worded and laid out. |
