Sean Marrinan is a 25 year old up & coming DJ from Dublin. His style ranges from uplifting to tech trance and he draws his influences from artists such as Giuseppe Ottaviani, Aly & Fila and Cosmic Gate.
GUESTMIX- RYAN BLAIR (N.I.):
Ryan Blair hails from the Port of Larne, home to international DJ sensations Fergie, Robbie Nelson and Gleave Dobbin. From humble beginnings as a light jock in a local nightclub, Ryan's career has progressed steadily and he can be spotted on the weekly bills for some of Northern Ireland's top night spots. His versatility scores him highly with clubbers as he knocks out sets comprising funky grooves, chunky house and tech-edged trance. Breaking his DJ'ing teeth in '92 playing to capacity crowds at 'Rafters' in Larne, Ryan's early ventures seen him spin records up and down the North Coast with his residency at 'Club Fiction' in Ballymena, He went on to play regularly at 'High on Life' events in Dundalk and leading clubs such as Clubland, Thompsons, The Coach and Club Matrix, as well as holding down a number of residencies. In 2002 Ryan hit the airwaves as part of a heavy-weight DJ line-up at Fergie's Homecoming Bash which was broadcast live on BBC Radio One. He has also guested on a number of popular FM and internet radio stations.
Ryan’s first production was a remix of Poltergeist 'Vicious Circles', which featured on the 'Frantic Euphoria 2005' compilation. His next track ‘Led Vario‘, was signed to Tekelek Recordings along with ’Flapjack‘, and the track was also featured on the ‘Lashed Euphoria’ compilation. ‘Flapjack’ and ‘Miracle Maker’ both picked up awards for ‘Best Released Production’ at the N.I. Dance Music Awards two years running. His follow up track ’Tek Drum’ continued this success and gained massive support from all the heavy hitters. Ryan is currently resident at Spirit Nightclub in Larne.
