You guys don't want to give this position to a woman. Everyone knows it's a bad idea. Women suck at leadership, are never objective and basically just crazy bitches controlled by their hormones. If it's that time of the month you might just as well get banned for posting a pic of a kitten because it reminds them of their own . Women should know their place and modding surely isn't it.
