I only really started paying attention to albums this year, so these are mostly recent. You could find a lot of them on best of lists yourself so I don't know if there are any hard to find gems or anything, but one's I've been listening to a lot:

Everything after Four Tet is a little bit out there, in various ways, but definitely creative. |

It's excellent. If you really like it there's also a Swim Remixed album out there. It's fine, obviously it doesn't hold up as well as a coherent album, but there are some good remixes on it. |
