For our first event of 2011 Ulterior ramps up the power, giving you THREE events in one at Brisbane's home of the underground, Barsoma. Staggered across Barsoma's indoor and outdoor dancefloors, running from 1pm Saturday arvo right through until 5am Sunday morning, this is our biggest and most exciting event to date!

One of the most prolific and understated electronic music producers in the world returns to Brisbane for a very special LIVE sunset appearance, showcasing his own productions, edits and remixes. Anyone who witnessed Charlie's 2010 appearance at Empire Hotel will testify to the man's genius, and a solid year of touring the world has deservedly brought massive acclaim to Sasha's ex production buddy... ::PHASE II (9pm-5am):: An Ulterior Wax Affair feat. *KASEY TAYLOR*

Strictly vinyl, strictly quality, the Wax Affair brings all the things Ulterior stands for in underground house & techno music but with a dedicated focus on the craft of spinning records, and who better to plant their feet behind the decks than Australia's own Kasey Taylor. A recent appearance by Kasey in 2010 for Ulterior confirmed his addition to our stable of touring internationals and we've selected a slew of Brisbane's best vinyl DJs to support the proceedings (stay tuned for set listings!). [$10 on the door]++

::PHASE III (9pm-5am):: Ulterior 'the Producers' feat. *PQM*

Continuing in the outside courtyard (after a short hiatus for Barsoma's dining interval) we gather some of Brisbane's best upcoming electronic music producers to support another of Australia's (adopted!) finest - PQM. A great opportunity for the producers to showcase their latest released and unreleased wares and for the dancefloor to get crazy loose and be proud that Brisbane's making its mark on the world production scene! [$10 on the door]++
