My friend does the audio/visual for shows at the George R Brown. He told me about this today. Not sure if I'm gonna go due to completely losing interest in whatever Tiesto is doing these days. I would expect a completely different type of crowd at this and not the kind of one I want to be around. Although if my friend comes up with some extra tickets, I might consider it. No telling how much they're gonna start off at. |

Well it's going to be 18+ so the teeny bopper crowd is out, big relief. The only downside as any big event such as this, is that you'll see the posers and people who thought Tiesto would play some Top 40 (Usher, Enrique Iglesias, etc. lol)
Tien, you have access to Tiesto's site, how much are tickets going for right now? |

Insomniac and 77002.com/Nightculture presents:
TIESTO, THE US TOUR
on March 19th at George R Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX
Flyer coming soon!!
18+, 21+ to drink._
There are few DJ's in the world that could ever hope to taste the awesome power that Tiesto has wielded for the last decade. Tiesto (born Tijs Michiel Verwest) performs worldwide, bringing out some of the most massive audiences imaginable, playing some of the longest sets ever heard, and fitting in more gigs in more places than you would ever dream was possible._
DJ Mag named him the world's number one DJ three years in a row, and he was also the first DJ to perform on stage live at the olympics. His albums and singles have topped charts and stayed there, and he has once received a Grammy nomination. For much of his career he has been associated with trance music, but with the release of his Kaleidoscope album last year, he has broken free and widened his horizons to many other electronic music genres._
There are few experiences like being at a Tiesto concert, and if you haven't been yet, this is the chance of a lifetime. This will be one of Nightculture's biggest shows ever, with awe inspiring lights and production, sound you can feel, and thousands in attendance. Prepare to have all of your senses hijacked; this show will move your mind, body, and soul, and is not to be missed._

I didn't know you were opening, Cory! Exciting. PS last night was super lame; wish I could make it to your dinner! Happy early birthday!
I don't have approved flyers with openers yet... but here's the first round:
