Well, some peopel already mentioned about the event not taking place in the kool haus. After last night, i decided that the next time pvd comes to town, im only going to come if he plays in the kool haus. From yesterdays experience, i felt as if he was not in the right venue. Way too packed. I was expecting it to be packed, but like come on. Why dont they raise the price a little?? When i was in line, the folks in front of me were like " if the price is like 60 buks, then lets go to money (or some other place...)" Btw, why didnt pvd play in the kool haus? This is my first time seeing him at the guv... he usually plays in the kool haus, and there has never been any dissapointment.

Besides all the bad stuff, i enjoyed pvd's set. Just amazing. Manzone and strong, well... i dunno... on and off. I was too tired to stay for oliver. Glad to hear that he rocked it as well. I wish i couldve stayed longer, had to work this afternoon.

When PVD was about to come on, wtf happened with the music? kept on re looping for like 10 minutes?? wtf? The funny part was, the guy in front of me didnt know that the track was looping, he kept on changing his dance moves, as if there was some new beat each time.

From the get go PvD turned up the heat and went hard. Totally did not expect that. That set was pure indication that PvD still has that magic.

Two weeks in a row trance sets main room on fire.

Ridiculously rammed but as expected. Took over a booth later and it was much better. at 4 when PvD finished, the main room was still rammed to . Coatcheck was a disaster. Took me like 45mins each to check in and check out.

Enjoyed M&S's opening set too. These guys are pros.

Always love meeting new TAs.

Not bringing my party hat next time I know a party is going to be this rammed

wow glad to see some positivity for a change...i was waiting for a rippage on pvd hahahaha

I'm a trance snob, but I'm a fair trance snob. I give credit where credit is due ;)

Guv vs Koolhaus.
While it was not as dancable an evening as 2004 with PVD, I still find Guv mainroom has the overall fun energy that makes for a great night. Koolhaus I find that the lighting, sound, stage and party goer setup just does not have the enjoyable vibe of Guv mainroom.

btw the Pete Tong event in Koolhaus 2004 was fun because of the music, and quite spacious for dancing.

Like GimmieBeatz said me and my friends have been following PVD around for Years!! Miami, NYC, Las Vegas, Cleveland Etc But to be Honest i really do think that was my least Fav Set by Him! Yes it did have its Good points but for most part was very Up and Down! Also it seemed like Guv didnt have the sound up at all for most of the evening, not sure what was up with that. I guess i walked in Expecting him to Rip up Guv with his Hard style and the way it turned out was a Vonyc sessions Radio Show....Sigh! Also what is the deal with a 2 1/2 Hour set?? Really?? Can we please get PVD longer than that pleeeeeeeeease!! That hardly even gives him time to warm up!! On another Note....Went to Zone after and yes Deko-Ze did rip that place a new !! haha also another great set i liked was Chris Fresque's set! back to PVD Though..If he is gonna Bang it out in teh Kool Haus liek last time keep him in there!

I don't know how anything can be considered an "unbelievable set" that includes Steve Angello - Knas :nervous:
