The only way I know of this is to time the music with the rapid eye movements during REM sleep. Doing so induces stronger PGO waves, which can cause you to consolidate memories more efficiently (although this isn't necessarily a good thing).
You can also try to make something that can produce frequencies around 7-10 Hz. Some of your internal organs have this as a resonant frequency. It can cause great discomfort, or so I hear. |
