I think it's fun. I like seeing social experiments... unusual things that go against the norm. It makes people come out of their shut off bubble.
The only issue I have with is that it doesn't seem like he always tells the people what he's doing. Especially with the one where he makes people think he's following them... it's unethical not to tell them he is just messing with them.
Otherwise it makes for some good laughs.
