I don't think so, but it comes down to one's personal opinion
Orion is similar to fruity loops. With the brand new Orion platinum you can use it as a rewire host, so yes you can use it with reason. That's actually a pretty good combination when you think about it... |

i use it, its easy to learn if you use the tutorial provided.
make some cracking tunes if you have the right samples |
