Well actually it used to be 21+ for males and 18 or 19+ for females at most establishments. Now its 19+ for all which makes it a bit more fair.
19 is the new 18 ;) |

What's up with 19+? I don't remember it being like that about two or three years ago. Why the change? The only thing I can think of that would seem smart is that many people get fake ID's that are either 18yo or 21yo, so it filters out a lot of idiots but how bout those that are actually 18... :( |

seconded. I started off right at 18, and just bided my time ("two or three years ago", Dreyth, it was already 19+). age =/= maturity but still I'm glad for the limits...mostly.
as for why 19: I've heard it said that it's because it's the smoking age in nearby areas.
Props to Zack & Jim for closing/opening, and I didn't know Bissen was local (?!)-- I definitely love a few tracks & remixes from that name.
This night is going to reek of vocal cheese, but I'm going to have to take exception & admit to being a sucker for too much Dash Berlin... |

Yeah, Bissen actually lives in NJ, funnily enough. He is German though originally, but I think he went to college at Brown, and then stayed around here. Really cool guy too. Pretty damn pumped to be playing alongside him later this month. :) |

Stoked for this one. Dash has some interesting live sets. If it's anything like Amsterdam Dance Event, I'm expecting a lot of creative mash-ups.
Nice to see Zack Roth on the bill, haven't heard him play for a minute. |
