first of all, not a lot of dub techno is 'good music' a lot of it is just dub techno.
that said here are some more accessible joints, more tech house than techno. they are still definitely more on the deeper/meditative end for the most part, but i think these are more immediately arresting and not as dense as some of the basic channel more experimental and industrial releases.
no offense, I think you're electronica taste is way ahead of its time but,
I swear these kinda joints are associated with some crazy psychedelic drugs, and I don't do drugs anymore. they sound like background music for those videos in thos gifted science classes.

again i have been misunderstood... Dean Newton is not dub techno!!! i just wanted to show him something that he might like since it has the kind of techno beats and melodies so it's more ear candy/commercial.
