Don't think the night could have gone much better. We wanted to stay to for Mat Zo but I couldn't stand any longer lol. Thought G&D and A&B were really good, had to go outside and cool off for most of Cosmic Gate's set. I really loved the venue, that's the perfect place to have a show like that.

The venue, the lights, the sound, the setup - everything was ace. It was incredibly packed too but no sardine cans.
you can relax on the couches outside while still being able to hear the tunes. Ice Palace is winning.
I will never miss another Anjuna night. Super8 played alone and it was the highlight of my night, I got my wish <3 absolutely phenomenal party.

highlights of the night for me were gabriel & dresdens set and above & beyonds set...incredible...the energy in the place was electric...i like how they would write notes up on the screen and interact with the crowd...also the visuals and set up were amazing...all in all probably the best party of the month for me

Great night & an amazing event. The mainroom was huge, packed to the rafters most of the time, with a great vibe & tons of energy in the crowd. The lighting and visual setup was great also, much better than last year's Anjuna party IMO.
On to the music. I cannot comment on G&D's set as I only heard the last 15 minutes, or Mat Zo's because I was outside & not paying attention. Yet out of the 4 times I've seen them that was the best set I've seen from Above & Beyond. I knew they would bring their patented Anjuna sound which I like, with trippy melodies and massive buildups, but they brought so much more energy then when I've seen them b4 and the breakdowns were definitely much harder than you usually get from them. As for Cosmic Gate, I have not been a big fan of late. But IMO they were on point last night, and when each massive bassline kicked in I remembered why I used to like them so much b4. As for 'Super 8 Minus the Tab,' that was how melodic trance should be played IMO. Upbeat, danceable and just plain fun to listen to.
I do not know how Markus can top this party 2-nite, yet I have a feeling our adopted hometown hero just may find a dark & techy way to do so ...
