Asians, especially Japanies own the rest of the world at most video games. I think the only game we have an advantage on them, is Capcom vs. Marvel the original that's on Dreamcast.
That's at EVO though.

Let me take a stab at this. I believe that he is saying following. Using a directional joystick to inherintly navigate what is visually displayed on the screen, the shown player (right side of the screen) is able to control the downward moving objects (known to this game as blocks) into a horizontal spatial vector, which once completely quantified between the set constraints, will reduce the amount of object matter (blocks) by an order of equivalence.
