Hi i am not exactly sure which genre this falls under, although i think its trance. I have actually no idea where to take this track and was hoping for some pointers or suggestion.

Is this something worth pursuing?

That's tiiiiight. It has some trance, electro and progressive house to it. Definatly worth pursuing. The lead instrument coming in at the very end reminds me of Solid Globe - Sahara.

Thanks man. I think i will finish this at some point, but right now i seem to be at a dead end and in lack of inspiration.

For some reason i am considering some female vocals. But i am not sure if that would be such a good idea.

I can picture vocals on it. Your sound is really professional, do you have a lot of completed tracks yet?

Very nice start, that sounds really promising, there's a really big uplifting sound to this track! I can definitely picture female vocals on this, perhaps throw in a small break where this clip ends then revert back to the first bassline for a bit with some nice female vocals layered over, and just build from there. Very promising anyways looking forward to hearing more :)

Thanks a lot. :)
I have started working on the break now. Hopefully it'll turn out good.
