if it was one show i hated on mtv it was the grind. yeah the music used to be quite good. but i don't get the point of watching people dance.

Haha. I never like it at all either. And I do remember disliking all the music back then too, but then again I can't remember them every showing stuff like this. Always at some stupid beach mansion yard or something with people full of themselves showing off their cool dance moves and then some really annoying presenter commenting something stupid and asking the DJ random stuff. Still, this was a nice vid to watch right now as it felt like a real blast from the past to me.

that particular episode was probably the best music ever played on that show, definitely an exception.

Yup. I know I'll miss the 00s one day. It's the decade I graduated high school and went through college. I loved a lot of things about it.

Sure, in 1994 everyone used Serato running on Windows 3.11 or Mac OS 7 using the red vinyls released in 2006.
