These guys are indeed from Montreal. I'm sure they're making a decent amount of money off these videos, seeing as they have over a million views. you deffo never want to eat in a restaurant like ever then. a chef's hands are used more than anything else.
every single time you have ordered a steak in a restaurant, a chef has used his fingers to poke the meat to see how it was cooked.
that sushi? every piece in your mouth made contact with hands.
you could always order the soup...but many times they just use veg that is too old to use in anything else to make it:p

Roast Duck on a bed of rosemary, served with a creamy mash and a red wine, redcurrant jelly and blueberry reduction (PM for recipe)
