Or do any of you have a vocoder and autotune to give it that modern metalic T-Pain sound?

Mix advice welcome too.

Get voice lessons! You're just a little pitchy, but you fit the mix.

Thanks chaps. Singing lessons wont help me Eddie!

Are the synths too loud in relation to the drums?
I'm wanting a quite a cheesey sound and I noticed in tracks such as ONE by the dreaded SHM, that the kick is tiny and there are hardly any other percs.

I realise people hate this sort of cheese, but my kids and thier pals MUCH prefer it to any other more serious dance stuff I've made.

If you really want to replace your vocals, I'll sniff through Soundcloud for artists I've came across who might suit this track, and point them in your direction. Unfortunately, I can't remember their names, so it might take a while for me to find them.

For what it's worth, I'm with Eddie. You sound particularly suited to this style IMO. Fun, appealing tune brother Butler. Some of the synth work is great stuff. Also, I don't think it's as generic/cheesey as you may think

Really like this House vibe in this track lol, you, for me, got right balance between all of those instruments and sound selection seams to be quite good - cool so far!!!

Cheers,

Cheers Darek. I would prefer cooler sounds but I wanted a 90's rave kinda vibe so I hope the sounds pseak of that but let me know what you think could sound better.

Am making lots of mix changes to reduce harshness and hopefuly glean more clarity.

I've tried finding some here but it was hit and miss so far. One wanted the cab fair home after they did some takes and his singing was worse than mine ffs

I mean current and quite possibly black. Preferably heavily autotuned like in that producer vid posted up by Terrence Parker - the artist shown near end is T Pain I think.

Still working on it, but updated the synths and bass here plus level riding some harsh parts done so far.

Any suggestions for synth sound - or is it ok for this style?

Don't like the track particularly but I really do like the haphazard output of styles. And it's quite the piece of craftsmanship!
