Release number 21 on Infrasonic Future comes courtesy of Swedish producer JP Bates. After notching up his first appearance back in November with a mesmerizing take on Sean Truby and Sunset's Substance, the talented producer supplies his first original of 2011 with club banger Impressions.
A track made with the dance floor in mind, Impressions is laced with lovely piano lines, neat percussion and a sawing melody packing an almighty punch, all of which make for a super tight production and impressive debut release.
Matt Millon really goes to town on the remix, with his dark and twisted interpretation supplying a perfect foil for the euphoric original.
