You could do it like a power RnB ballad duet and present your side, "conversing" with her telling you she doesn't want to. Only change the subject to be something like stopping genocide so it makes it sound like she's threatening to sue you for your trying to make the world a better place. If you could sync it to her footage, that would be awesome, too.

Yeah when i have migraines I have a mini-stroke essentially... I lose all peripheral vision, my face, hands and tongue go numb, then that pinprick sensation (whats it called???).. I then lose all cognitive function, can't understand anything being said to me; I hear it, but it doesn't register... can't talk properly, lots of stuttering, and complete inability to stick a sentence together...
This usually only lasts an hour or two, and goes through stages- The sign for me (Usually migraines don't just 'come on', there's usually a signal of some kind) is seeing light in the centre of my vision for a bit, then the blindness sets in and the rest follows...
then pain for 10 hours.

edit: Mine are ed. Because of this i get annoyed at people when they complain of a 'migraine' when they're having a headache. STFU AND HAVE A MINI STROKE THEN COME BACK AND COMPLAIN, EXCEPT YOU WON"T BE ABLE TO TALK SO YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO ANYWAY MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHHAAA |

i think if you were to post your full mix, that's what they would sue for. de-fame-ation or whatever it's called. kinda like what josh4 wants to do to jenny and spacechica to nachoes. |

Its only if he makes money that they can really do anything legally. Obviously they're not gonna be happy about it, but its a really grey area if benson gets no money from it.
it doesn't really de-fame either since it's a humurous take on something that they aired to the public. If it was one of those zoom in close up, super slo-mo replays with subtitles saying 'i'm a stupid bitch' or something he could get in trouble. As it is, its a satirical take on events he had nothing to do with, and has not warped in any way, except for humurous effect. CBS' fault for airing it, and the chick's fault for doing it... he didn't make either of them look worse than they did already...
