Enjoyed his Tryst set. + 1

I missed his set at Tryst but he killed it at BPM this year.

+1 to No Artificial Colours too. Curious how their DJ sets are.

Another vote for Droog. Loving them at the moment. Saw them for the first time at BPM and they were so good!

The monster bookings for Modern Love Affair would be some Innervisions action, Dixon and/or Henrik Schwarz would be an absolute killer, Toronto needs these guys to grace us with their sets...difficult and expensive to get them though, henrik rarely leaves europe these days...also would love to see:

Prommer and Barck
Marcus Worgull
SUOL crew > Daniel Bortz, Chopstick and Johnjon, Till Von Sein, etc.

Great suggestions. Also,

Fred P (New York)

Check this podcast out for proof: http://www.louchemusic.com/podcast/fred-p/

Also, I think MLA is reaching a point where people will come out because of the brand, not necessarily for the DJ, because it's building a reputation of being a consistently good party. Even though it was freezing cold last night, and the DJ was relatively unknown (I'm pretty sure a good number of people at FW hadn't heard of them before this party), it sounds like it was quite busy, which proves my point.

This now gives the MLA promoters a rare opportunity to get creative with their bookings. Let's hope they don't squander it.

I also think that they will be forced to start getting creative, because they've booked most of the relevant DJs on the Crosstown Rebels roster, and DJs affiliated with that flavour of music.

Too bad. I only found out about him recently through XLR8R's podcast.

Funny that party was only 2 years ago. That would never happen these days. Art Department @ Footwork this year alone had a line until College Street pretty much lol.
